Gala 2024

Our first-ever Healthy Hearts and Kidneys for Africa Fundraising Gala brought together changemakers and philanthropists for an unforgettable evening of impact. Hosted at the Holiday Inn Atlanta/Roswell on October 26th, 2024, the event united the African diaspora community and healthcare advocates in a powerful demonstration of collective action.

The evening reached its emotional peak during moving addresses by Hospitals for Humanity founder Dr. Segun Ajayi and keynote speaker Dr. Wale Olabiyi. Their passionate calls to create lasting healthcare access in Nigeria resonated deeply with attendees, sparking renewed commitment to our mission.

Between heartfelt musical performances that had the whole room joining in song, we honored healthcare champions including the Children’s Hospital of Atlanta for their dedication to pediatric care. The overwhelming generosity of our sponsors, donors and guests will help fund vital heart and kidney health initiatives for underserved African communities.

This milestone event, presented in partnership with the Africa Diaspora Health Foundation, marked the beginning of a new chapter in our journey to transform healthcare access across Africa. We are profoundly grateful to everyone who contributed to its success.
