Our Hospital project

We are committed to transforming healthcare and saving little hearts in underserved communities in Africa. Our vision is to establish a state-of-the-art hospital that provides free open-heart surgeries to children in need, regardless of the time and financial circumstances of the families involved. Join us in this life-saving program and be a part of something truly impactful.

Our mission is rooted in compassion and driven by a desire to maximize positive health outcomes while decreasing barriers to healthcare, especially for those living in resource-constrained environments. With your support, we aim to build a world-class medical facility that not only saves lives but also empowers communities and transforms futures.

Your support is critical to the success of our hospital project. Here are several ways you can contribute to building, furnishing, and establishing the hospital:

Financial Donations

Your financial contributions will serve as a major cornerstone for our project, funding everything from the construction of the hospital building to the purchase of life-saving medical equipment. Every donation, no matter the amount, brings us closer to our goal of providing quality healthcare to children in need.

Hospital Infrastructure and Construction Materials

Beyond the building itself, various aspects of hospital infrastructure require support. Donate materials such as cement, steel, bricks, and roofing materials to help build the hospital. You can also volunteer your expertise to design and oversee the construction of the hospital.

Medical Equipment and Supplies

Equipping the hospital with the necessary medical tools and supplies is essential for delivering quality care. Consider donating or facilitating the acquisition of:

  • Surgical Instruments: Scalpels, forceps, retractors, etc.
  • Imaging Equipment: X-ray machines, echocardiography machines, CT scanners, etc.
  • Cardiac Monitoring Devices: ECG machines, pulse oximeters, blood pressure monitors, etc.
  • Consumable Medical Supplies: Bandages, sutures, gloves, syringes, etc.
Furnishing and Amenities

Create a comfortable and healing environment for patients and their families by donating furnishings and amenities such as:

  • Hospital beds and mattresses
  • Waiting area furniture
  • Children's play areas
  • Kitchen and dining facilities

Support the implementation of telemedicine solutions and digital health technologies to expand access to healthcare services, especially in remote areas.

Transportation Services

Ensure timely access to medical care by donating vehicles or funding transportation services, including:

  • Ambulances for emergency medical transport
  • Medical transport vans for patient transfers
  • Fuel and maintenance costs for hospital vehicles

Share your time, expertise, and passion for making a difference by volunteering in various capacities:

  • Pediatric professionals: Cardiothoracic surgeons, pediatric nurses, pediatric anesthesiologists, cardiologists, etc.
  • Project management professionals: Project managers, coordinators, administrators, etc.

Waiting List

SAVE A LITTLE HEART TODAY

1000+ Children on our waiting list need you!

Currently, we maintain a rotating list of over 1000 children in our database who have tested positive for Congenital Heart Defects (CHD) and urgently require open-heart surgery. This list is dynamic, as sadly, at least one child on our list passes away each week.
