Dr. Teresa Isichei Pounds, Pharm.D., BCNSP, FNAPPSA, FPCPharm, is a distinguished professional contributing significantly to pharmacy and healthcare leadership.

Serving as the immediate past president of the Nigerian Pharmacist and Pharmaceutical Scientist Association (NAPPSA), she is also the Founder/President of the West African Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (WASPEN), a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing awareness of malnutrition in Nigeria and beyond.

As the CEO of Clinipharm Global Health Limited, Dr. Pounds excels in metabolic support, medication therapy management, and clinical pharmacy practice & residency program development in Georgia, USA. With a rich academic background, including a PharmD from Mercer University, she holds an academic appointment at South University as a Clinical Assistant Dean for Clinical Pharmacy Education.

Currently, she serves as the consultant residency program director and preceptor at the international pharmacy practice residency program with the West African Post Graduate College of Pharmacy.
