Welcome to the CHD Screening Application page, where you can take the first step towards ensuring the health of your child’s heart. By registering for our screening program, you are providing your child with the opportunity for early detection and intervention for Congenital Heart Defects (CHD).

This program, hosted by Obijackson Women and Children Hospital in Okija and organized in collaboration with Hospitals for Humanities (HfH) and Obijackson Foundation, aims to screen children for CHD from the five southeastern states of Nigeria.
